Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal for non-personalized products
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
3. Returns
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

Important: Please contact us before returning any items at support@miracles.my. After reviewing your request, you'll receive a return label and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior notice cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of the goods: Returned items must be in their original condition – unused, complete, with all labels attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products
According to Section 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
The following are therefore excluded from withdrawal:
- Personalized children's books
- Products with individual names, photos, or designs
- All other custom-made items requested by the customer
Right of withdrawal for digital content (e.g. eBook, audiobook)
In contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Personalized digital content (e.g. an individually created audiobook or eBook with your child's name and image) is also excluded from withdrawal as a service made to customer specifications.
Right of withdrawal for subscriptions
For subscriptions involving the regular delivery of goods, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the first delivery and covers the entire subscription contract. Books that have already been individually personalized are excluded from withdrawal; withdrawal ends future deliveries and payments.
Exception in the event of errors on our part:
If we have made an error (wrong name, wrong design, wrong color, wrong item), you are of course entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. In this case, please contact us immediately at support@miracles.my.
5. Damage, defects, and delivery errors
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Please notify us without delay of:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrectly delivered items
We will fix the problem as quickly as possible and replace the item or refund the purchase price.
6. Further exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to § 18 FAGG, the following goods are generally excluded from withdrawal:
- Goods that can spoil quickly
- Sealed hygiene and intimate products whose seal has been removed
- Digital content, if performance has begun and you have expressly agreed
7. Exchanges
A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with the return policy and then place a new order.
