Information on Verification and Origin of Reviews
In our online shop, we use the independent review tool Loox to collect honest feedback from our customers and present it transparently.
After a purchase, customers automatically receive an email from Loox sent to the address provided during the ordering process. Through the personalized link contained therein, a review of the product or shopping experience can be voluntarily submitted.
Furthermore, it is possible to leave a review directly on our website – even without a prior purchase.
Verified vs. Non-Verified Reviews
Loox uses various technical and manual methods to check the authenticity of reviews. These include, among others:

Automated review invitations after a confirmed purchase

Detection of suspicious patterns (e.g., multiple reviews from the same IP address)

Internal checking mechanisms that mark irregularities and verify them manually
Despite careful measures, it is not always possible to determine with absolute certainty whether a review actually comes from a person who purchased or used the product – even if it is marked as “verified”.
Reviews can be submitted either via:

the personalized email link after purchase or

the general “write a review” button on the product page

Only reviews that are clearly linked to an actual purchase are marked as “verified”.
Reviews submitted via the general button are not marked as verified.
Note on the Average Rating
The displayed average rating includes all published reviews – regardless of whether they are verified or not.
Therefore, manipulation of the average rating cannot be ruled out with absolute certainty. However, we rely on technical measures against misuse and continuously check for suspicious patterns.
Since our shop has only existed since 2025, no older review systems or historical reviews have been carried over.
