Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal for non-personalized products
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier date.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
3. Return Shipment
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.

Important: Please contact us before returning at support@miracles.my. After reviewing your request, you will receive a return label and shipping instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Return Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of the Goods: Returned items must be in their original condition – unused, complete, with all tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
According to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Therefore, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Personalized Children's Books
- Products with individual names, photos, or designs
- All other custom-made items on customer request
Exception in case of errors on our part:
If we have made a mistake (wrong name, wrong design, wrong color, wrong item), you are of course entitled to free replacement or a full refund. In this case, please contact us immediately at support@miracles.my.
5. Damages, Defects, and Delivery Errors
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Report to us without delay:
- Damaged Items
- Defective Items
- Incorrectly Delivered Items
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and either replace the item or refund your purchase price.
6. Further Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 18 FAGG, the following goods are generally excluded from withdrawal:
- Goods that can spoil quickly
- Sealed hygiene and intimate products whose seal has been removed
- Digital content, if execution has begun and you have expressly agreed
7. Exchange
A direct exchange is not possible. If you want a different item, please return the original item according to the return conditions and then place a new order.
