Subscription (Miracles+)

Behind Miracles is a small team that believes in a simple idea: a child should be able to see themselves in a story, as the hero in the middle of the adventure. Each of our books is created especially for a specific child, with their name and their face, lovingly designed and printed in Germany.

Miracles+ is our membership for families who don’t want to stop at just one story. It makes sure a new, personal book arrives regularly, without you having to remember it every time. For many children, waiting for their own book becomes a little ritual they look forward to.

Because a membership requires trust, we first explain here in a very simple way how Miracles+ works. Below that, you’ll find the full terms and conditions.

How Miracles+ works

• When you buy: With Miracles+ you get 10% off your entire order.
• Included free right away: the eBook and the audiobook for your first book, ready for immediate listening and reading along.
• After 14 days: another personalized book for your child. We choose which story it will be as a surprise for you.
• Then every 4 weeks: another new book, always personally created for your child.
• Full control: You can pause or end your membership at any time through your personal portal.
• Prices: The price per book may vary depending on the region. You’ll see the price that applies to you before completing your purchase and in your management portal.

Subscription terms for Miracles+

Effective: June 2026

1. Provider

The provider of the Miracles+ membership is 99 Miracles LTD, No. 10 Gemi Court, Office 303, 6042 Larnaca, Cyprus, registered in the commercial register of the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 490165, VAT ID No. CY60340783E (hereinafter "Miracles").

2. Miracles+ services

Miracles+ is an ongoing, paid membership. It includes:

• a 10% discount on the order in which Miracles+ is activated (initial order);
• the eBook and the audiobook for the initial order free of charge;
• 14 days after the initial order, another personalized book for the child specified in the order;
• after that, one additional personalized book every 4 weeks.

The selection of the story or topic of the follow-up books is made by Miracles.

3. Conclusion of contract, start, and term

The membership agreement is concluded when you complete an order in which Miracles+ is activated. The membership runs for an indefinite period and renews automatically every 4 weeks until it is canceled.

4. Prices and payment

The prices for the follow-up books may vary depending on the region or country. The applicable price will be shown to you before the contract is concluded and in your management portal. Payment is processed automatically through our payment service provider Stripe using the payment method you have stored, on each billing date: first 14 days after the initial order, then every 4 weeks.

5. Cancellation and pausing

You can pause or cancel Miracles+ at any time and without giving reasons. You can do this directly in your personal portal: Manage membership.

A cancellation takes effect for all future billing periods. Please note: once a charge for a follow-up book has been made, that specific order can no longer be canceled, because the personalized book goes into production immediately after the charge. A cancellation after a successful charge therefore ends future deliveries, but not the book that has already been started, which we will complete and deliver to you.

6. Right of withdrawal for personalized products

Our books are made individually according to your specifications, including your child’s name and photo. For such goods made to customer specifications and clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

For digital content (eBook and audiobook), any right of withdrawal expires as soon as we begin providing it with your express consent.

7. Delivery

After each charge, the personalized book is designed, printed, and shipped to the delivery address you have provided. We make the eBook and the audiobook for the respective book available to you digitally as soon as they are ready.

8. Changes to services and prices

Miracles may adjust the services and prices of Miracles+ with effect for the future. We will inform you in good time in advance by email about changes that affect your ongoing membership. In this case, you have the right to cancel before the change takes effect.

9. Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
